Cafe Science Extra

Cafe Science Extra is a regular event at 6pm on the second Wednesday of each month.  The dates of all Cafe Science Extra 2009 events this Autumn-Winter season are as follows; 

  • 9th September 2009 - Breast Cancer: Sticking with the Treatment, Colin McCowan
  • 14th October 2009 - Saving the earth: In Your garden and on our Planet, Ken Loades
  • 11th November 2009 - Self, identity in relation to places, Mhairi Bowe
  • 13th January 2010 - Lasers illuminate new frontiers in medicine, Dr Maria Ana Cataluna
  • 10th March 2010 - Depression: who decides what doctors prescribe?, Dr Pauline Lockhart
  • Events from February to June 2010 will be confirmed shortly.
